Returns Policy:
Once the payment goes through, processing fees are non-refundable to Sasigals Co and the buyer.
Sasigals Co is not responsible if a customer drops and/or damages their item(s).
If your items arrive damaged (for example, the item was the wrong size, colour, design, or pattern), you have 48 hours to contact us at [email protected] from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Email us. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the item(s) that you received.
If our item(s) cannot meet your expectations, we won't be able to offer a return or refund. But please let us know, we will offer you a personal solution. Thanks for your feedback! We will do better next time!
We cannot guarantee that the product is 100% the same as the picture. If the item is damaged due to uncertain logistics, within 2 days, contact customer service to provide a customized solution for the problem.
Exchange Policy:
About 90% of the products in our store are handmade.
We will decide whether we need to remake according to the customization orders of different customers and the uncertain problems after sales.
It is an uncontrollable normal factor for 2-3 handmade accessories to fall off, not including an after-sales refund & returns & exchange policy.
Package Lost?
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Sasigals Co is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the customer.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer received their confirmation email they still have the chance to fix and correct their address by contacting Sasigals. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out.
If you didn't reach out to us, and the package is still lost due to uncertain factors.
We will offer you a discount if you need to reorder the item(s). Otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
Some of our handmade DIY products need to be used under the supervision of adults. Inedible.
