2. What if the handmade phone case decoration accessories fall off？
First, whether the cream glue is fully bonded to the accessories after the phone case is placed for 2–3 days.
Second, thank you for your understanding. When we select materials, we are constantly avoiding accessories that are not compatible with cream glue.
Third, if the accessories fall off, we humbly accept your feedback, and please use glue to reinforce them, and check them firmly after one day before using them.
It is an uncontrollable normal factor for 2-3 handmade accessories to fall off, not including an after-sales refund & returns & exchange policy.
3. How to Clean Your Handmade Decoden Phone Case？
Method 1: Gently wipe the surface with an alcohol pad.
Method 2: Use a small brush to gently wash away the stains under water. (Please make sure the cream glue is dry.)
Method 3: Use a dry brush to clean the surface dust.
Reminder: It is not recommended to use a 3D phone case every day like a flat phone case. Of course, you can also consider customizing a flat phone case from our store. Thanks!
